（中央社記者黃旭昇新北市18日電）新北市政府衛生局抽驗市售端午節應景食品，結果有1件「蝦米」檢出二氧化硫超標，已立即通知業者下架回收。
市府衛生局今天中午表示，這次檢驗端午節食品，包括粽葉20件、糯米20件、蝦米19件、香菇20件及甜辣醬、辣椒醬30件，計109件。
衛生局說，不合格產品是由永和區荃品有限公司販售至樹林區農會農特產品直銷中心的「蝦米」，檢出二氧化硫超出標準，供應商無法提供上游，可處新台幣3萬至300萬元罰鍰。
衛生局提醒民眾，二氧化硫有助食材不易褐變，因此常被用來作為漂白劑，但會以亞硫酸鹽存在食品中，食入過量的亞硫酸鹽則可能會造成呼吸困難、腹瀉、嘔吐等症狀，特別是氣喘病的患者，可能會產生不同程度過敏反應，引發哮喘與呼吸困難。1040618
